  •  A location search to find a suitable large, open, green, park space to hold a three day event for up to 20,000 pax to participate daily.  The search covered Madrid, Barcelona and London 


  • A specific search for a series of suitable venues to hold public meetings for a leading social media client with audience numbers up to 300 in  Madrid, Rome, Paris, Warsaw, Berlin, Paris and London
     
  • An international search for a series of non-hotel venues for 'stand alone' events across  Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia for a telecoms client. Venue  capacities ranged from 400 to 1,000 whilst availability dates reflected the most cost effective roadshow schedule across these territories.  Key cities included Calgary, Chicago, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Houston,  London, Montreal, New York, Paris, Sydney, Toronto, Vancouver and  Washington
     
  • A search to find suitable palatial UK venues for a series of  'Dragon's Den' style Gala Awards Dinners.  Over 120 potential venues  were contacted across a three day zsearch before a final shortlist was proposed. Selected venues included:  Hopetoun House - nr Edinburgh, The Monastery - Manchester, Bath  Assembly Rooms, Stoneleigh Abbey _Warwickshire, Hampton Court on the River Thames and Altitude - London
     
  • A search to find five UK venues for simultaneous product briefings for a leading car manufacturer.  All venues required internal car access plus additional meeting space large and flexible enough for breakout sessions and F&B.  Selected destinations and venues  included Shendish Manor and the National Motorcycle Museum
     
  • A search for a 'hot' and 'edgy' dinner venue for 150 senior executives from an  international PR and branding company in London for a  major re-branding conference. The event took place in The Library at Sketch in London's Mayfair
     
  • A search for over 25 international fine and 'local' dining  experiences for a four team Japanese financial roadshow where all  restaurants needed to either have a private room, private area or  suitable large space for up to 14 guests and they each needed to offer a  combination of Japanese as well as other menus. The final restaurants  included:  Restaurant Parkheuvel - Rotterdam, Laserre - Paris,  Sachsenhäuser Warter - Frankfurt, Le Dézaley - Zurich, Man Wah - Hong  Kong, Sushiden - New York, Matsuri St James - London  and Oriental  Pearl - San Francisco
